Why are you passionate about the Homeport mission?
Safe, affordable housing is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. I want to see all have the opportunity to live a full, happy and healthy life.
What would you tell a friend who was considering getting involved with Homeport as a donor or volunteer?
Growing community-housing champions is critical to the long-term success in ending the cycle of poverty. We can change the future by becoming engaged in the important work of organizations such as Homeport.
What do you feel is the most critical aspect of affordable housing in Columbus and Central Ohio?
Homeport understands that housing is more than a shelter and looks at the bigger picture for its development projects and programs. Its supportive services for residents are making a difference in improving life outcomes for the children and families we serve.
