Local experts estimate Central Ohio has a 54,000 unit affordable housing gap that will only be more challenged over the next 30 years by the region’s rapidly growing population.

On-line publication Columbus Underground and its development reporter Brent Warren recently spoke with Homeport Real Estate Development Vice President Leah Evans about this important community issue.

Topics discussed included the definitions of affordable housing, innovative approaches to building and development partnerships for middle-income workforce housing. The interview was conducted as part of the continuing series known as CU Live.
