Homeport is building 33 new homes in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood but is also providing grants to small businesses in need of repairs in the once-thriving working class community. One of them is family-run Graves Cleaners located on Cleveland Avenue since 1986.

Homeport, with a consortium of financial partners, government, community organizations and Milo-Grogan residents – has begun the process of returning the community to better days, having begun construction of 33 new homes in the community north of Downtown.
